Answered honestly.
Why only two products?
Because we’d rather do two things properly than launch a 12-product range full of filler SKUs. Most skincare routines need a cleanser and a moisturiser. We started there. When we make something else worth adding, we will.
Can I use both products together?
That’s exactly the point. Cleanse with the face wash, then apply the moisture cream while your skin is still slightly damp. The humectants in the cream will lock in that moisture more effectively.

How long until I see results?
Honest answer: for barrier repair and hydration, most people notice softness within a week. For niacinamide benefits like pore minimising and brightness, give it 4–6 weeks. Anyone promising overnight transformation is lying to you.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Both products are formulated without common irritants — no fragrance, no essential oils, no alcohol. The surfactants in the face wash are among the mildest available. That said, patch testing is always a good idea if you have reactive skin.
Why is the price so low compared to other ceramide creams?
We didn’t spend on celebrity campaigns, influencer seeding, or fancy packaging. That money went back into the formula. We’re not trying to build a luxury brand — we’re trying to build a trustworthy one.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. We follow cruelty-free practices and do not use any ingredient suppliers who conduct animal testing. We believe good science doesn’t need cruelty to prove itself.
